How Many Words Does It Take To Describe...?

Got the following from Meghan's Blog:

I read once that the ancient Egyptians had fifty words for sand & the Eskimos had a hundred words for snow. I wish I had a thousand words for love, but all that comes to mind is the way you move against me while you sleep & there are no words for that.

Story People

~~~LC~~~
I find myself becoming nostalgic with all the memories of being surrounded by loved ones. Either from my Ex when we were absolutely, irrefutably and madly in love or simply when I was surrounded by people that I consider my Family of Choice. As I look back I realize how much I messed things up when I was in throes of my Depression.
"The most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart."
Helen Keller
I have my moments when things seem so clear. Recently I've come to realize that they are too few and far between for my liking. So, how can I remedy this?
C-O-L-O-R @ HOME
These are a couple of pics from a tour of the home on flickr by deep scarlet, tell you I would love to just lounge out at her place whenever I'm feeling down!
Talk about a place to get inspired with some rejuvenation to boot. COLOR!
I think the cat has the right idea. Ahh, when I get my own place I'm definitely going to think about some Color!
Just remember what Bob Basso said:
If it's not fun, you're not doing it right.
Dramionarry
Okay, as you can tell I really love me some fanfiction.
At the moment it happens to be anything with Hermione in it.
So, here's a site for those who are into OT3 especially of the Draco/Hermione/Harry variety.
Personally when it comes to OT3 my fav is Sirius/Hermione/Remus but that's me. I think it has something to do with the mature and more experienced older man. Ahhh... Yes! Must remind self that I prefer a story that is more than just PWP although, honestly, I'm human and will indulge in those more often than I care to admit! Yes, it's sweet temptation. Then, once the mood passes, I just need a story with an actual plot line to it, ya know substance!
Just saying...
Anyways, here's the pic for this great site!
Libraries and Art
As usual was going through the motions of checking email, google reader and such. Some day may actually add in some news. This lead me to checking out some things on Fancy which is where I found these pics. Finally giving in to my need to share them with others I find myself here.
You ask what is so newsworthy about these pics? They all deal with beautiful libraries that almost make one forget the books because the architecture overpowers the senses. Well, that's how I felt when seeing them.
Yes, it seems that inner part of me really enjoys reveling in the quiet and solitude allowed whenever in a library. Kinda goes with the theme of being alone in a crowd.
Hmm, that sentiment explains who I am to a 'T' in this moment.
Umm... I digress.
Sooooo,
Found this on Fancy but you can go to the Polka Dog Robot blog
She has a couple more pics that it turns out she got from another blog called Librarian Science. Go figure, seven degrees of separation really does happen more often nowadays.
This brought me to having to copy this pic:
Turns out that this wondrous pic is part of a collection of art work from Lori Nix that's call The City. Definitely worth a look.
Well, that's it for now. Hope you enjoy these sites. I know I did!
The Good , The Bad & The Ugly on Bēhance Network
Found another site that really spoke to my inner artist. It's a digital project by Mateusz Sypien.
Turns out the this Bēhance Network is marketed as "The Creative Professional Platform" for all these amazing artists.
I'll just show the Letter Pics that caught my attention. Trust me, the rest of the pics are definitely done by a gifted artist.
Well. That's it for now.
